Our approach
Our approach is simple, yet highly effective. We source and buy properties with good foundations and multiple paths to increase value. Then we execute and deliver.
NEWCASTLE
Turning coal into diamonds
Significant upgrades, underpinned by a long-term Commonwealth Government lease – unlocking significant value.
WOLLONGONG
Spotting a gem in a fast changing area
Highly sought after location combined with many redevelopment options resulted in a profitable and short investment cycle.
Finding assets with miscalculated intrinsic value
Making it happen is our speciality.
Adding and creating value
There are many ways to increase the capital value of a property. Examples include obtaining council approval for a development or change of use; upgrading the services of the building to attract a higher energy rating (and consequently a higher rental level), or simply applying a remixing strategy (replacing tenants with more suitable ones).
Ensuring investor alignment
Unit trust structure
Unit Trusts are managed according to their own set of rules, as set out in the Trust Deed.
The Australian Financial Services Licence under which Eagle Property Group operates permits the issue of units to Wholesale Investors only, as defined by the corporations Act.

Our guiding principles
We are sensible, yet bold. We have a clear strategy and purpose. We aren’t afraid to adapt to our changing world.
Our mission is to maximise value in underutilised properties, and then hand it over to the next owner to continue the journey.
We create a separate unit trust structure for each property with support from the best legal and financial advisors.
