What happens if the property becomes vacant?

A tenant’s occupation of a property is subject to a lease that provides fixed notice periods. However, should a property unexpectedly become vacant during the Term of the Fund it is incumbent on the Manager to secure a suitable replacement. A responsible Manager will have considered this possibility prior to the establishment of the Fund and decided on the best course of action. It should never be assumed a tenant will remain in situ. Eventually, every property becomes vacant.
